About Me

Coach Nicholas Crayne

I'm the owner and CEO of Coach Crayne Fitness and Bodybuilding. 

I served 8 years in the Army as a Combat Engineer. I am a hormone specialist, with a broad understanding of blood work and endocrinology. I'm an Elite ISAA-certified Bodybuilding Specialist, Nutritionist, and Personal Trainer. I am also an Open-Class competitive Bodybuilder. 

I've spent my entire life pursuing some form of fitness, playing hockey and football, in the Army, and beyond. I learned how to adapt to pretty much every situation to achieve my goals. 

From the mountain of Iraq to being a stay-at-home dad, I can teach you how to master your physique and help you develop confidence you could never imagine before.

This training is not for the faint of heart. If you are looking to take your physique to the next level, then come join me for a complete prep and I will teach you how to master your mind, body, and soul.

This style of coaching is for people that are not looking to step on stage but do want to reach their fitness goals and learn how to live an optimized life!

Nutriton Only

This service is for people who may or may not have a training program, but want to improve their health and fitness. 90% of weight loss and body recomposition is nutrition so if training isn't for you, this is the best place to start!
